We advise that you have a medical practitioners clearance to attend yoga classes. After that, please let your teacher know you're pregnant, and how many weeks you are, and they will advise you about all the do's & don'ts of practicing as a mom to be.
If you’re unsure which class is right for you, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to guide you.

Please ensure you have your medical practitioners clearance to return to practice and then let your instructor know before class if you are working with an injury or obstacle. Your teacher will give you guidelines about how to adapt your practice - but remember if you feel pain - trust your body above all - and be gentle with yourself. Slow and steady is best.
