Awaken Vinyasa
60 minutes | Chill to moderate intensity, uplifting, grounded
Awaken Vinyasa eases you into the day with intention. We open with gentle mobility and stretching to wake up the body, then gradually build heat through mindful strength and flowing sequences. You’ll feel open, centered, and ready for the day ahead.
Ideal if you want a softer start with an uplifting, grounded rhythm.

Extended Vinyasa
80 minutes | Moderate intensity, balanced, luxurious
Extended Vinyasa is your weekly reset — a spacious, thoughtfully curated practice designed to replenish both body and mind. After a grounding breathwork introduction, we move into a full hour of steady, intelligently layered movement that builds in warmth and depth without rushing. The practice closes with a long, restorative cool-down and an indulgent savasana.
Ideal for all levels, looking for a thoughtful, balanced practice.
Dynamic Vinyasa
60 minutes | Strong, energizing, fun
Dynamic Vinyasa is an uplifting midday flow designed to build heat, strength, and energy. Ideal for those who want a faster pace. Expect creative sequencing, dynamic transitions, and a satisfying full-body activation—perfect for breaking up the workday.
A great fit if you enjoy a stronger practice or a more athletic style of vinyasa.
Open to all levels; prior yoga experience is helpful.
