Slow Flow
60 minutes | Gentle to moderate intensity, uplifting, grounded
A slower-paced flow designed to help you ease into your day.
Expect intentional movement, steady breathing, and thoughtful transitions, with a focus on mobility, flexibility, and building gentle strength. The pace is unhurried but purposeful, leaving you feeling calm, grounded, and ready for the day ahead.
Best for: beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone looking for a slower, more spacious practice.
Vinyasa Flow (60 min)
60 minutes | Moderate intensity, balanced, all-levels
A balanced, all-levels vinyasa designed to help you move, reset, and reconnect.
Expect a steady, moderate pace with clear guidance and options throughout. Classes combine strength, mobility, and mindful movement, with space to slow down when needed.
You’ll leave feeling both worked and relaxed.
Best for: beginners to intermediate students, or anyone wanting a well-rounded, not-too-intense practice.
Dynamic Vinyasa
60 minutes | Strong, energizing, fun
A stronger, faster-paced vinyasa to build heat, strength, and focus.
Expect dynamic sequences, core work, and opportunities to explore arm balances and more challenging transitions. This is a more athletic style of practice that will leave you energized and accomplished.
Best for: intermediate students and those looking for a more physically demanding class.
Prenatal yoga
60 minutes | Supportive, strengthening, grounding
A supportive yoga practice designed to help you feel strong, connected, and confident throughout pregnancy.
Classes combine mindful movement, breathwork, mobility, and strength to support your changing body and prepare for labor and postpartum. We’ll also explore practices that support the pelvic floor and perineum, while creating space to slow down, connect with your baby, and listen to your body.
Best for: all stages of pregnancy and all experience levels. No prior yoga experience needed.
