Hi, I’m Alexandra—yoga teacher, founder of The Nest, and a lifelong student of movement and mindfulness.
I’ve been practicing yoga since my teenage years and have come to see it as meditation in motion—a way to return to presence through the body.
My teaching weaves together breath-led flow and functional movement, informed by science, science of well-being, and the realities of modern life (including motherhood). I care deeply about creative sequencing, clear cueing, and making each class dynamic yet accessible—whether you're brand new or coming back to your mat.
My classes are a space to move with purpose, breathe deeply, and come home to yourself—free from pressure or perfectionism. Just presence, movement, and room to grow.
